Bio

Pastor Dana Phillips is an attorney, community leader, and dedicated advocate based in Greensboro, North Carolina. With a career defined by faith, scholarship, and service, Dana brings a diverse and powerful educational background to his leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the historically Black college (HBCU) Livingstone College, a Master of Science in Community Leadership from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, a Master of Divinity from Hood Theological Seminary, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Blending legal expertise with a profound passion for human services, Dana has also served as an Alternative Family Living (AFL) provider, managing residential settings to support and empower individuals.

His commitment to holistic community uplift led him to establish the Nonpareil Christ Church and the Koinonia Hub—visionary initiatives deeply inspired by the life, transformation, and legacy of his mother.

Under his leadership as Pastor and Founder, the organization is currently driving impactful regional projects, including the acquisition and conversion of a historic 18,000-square-foot educational facility in Reidsville into a dynamic community innovation center focused on digital equity and agricultural stability.

Beyond his professional and pastoral endeavors, Dana has been a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. for 28 years, reflecting a lifetime commitment to manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift.

He is a devoted family man, sharing his life and community work with his wife, Roxana, and their three adult children, Jerrell, Lawrence and Lauryn.
